How to contact the CID Department for repair?

• Just approach to Admin OKITO personally or book an appointment by contacting us, we'll do it right away.

• Note: Major fix may take longer time and some requires future fixing. Any physical repairs like unable to charge, button won't work, flash won't turn on, or water damages are irreparable by the CID Department, and requires further inspection by a professional technician. You may need to tender it to outsiders.

Pricing

• For members of QQ: We don't charge a penny for the service above to the member of QQ. This means, it's FREE.

• Non-members of QQ: We don't offer any services to you. But if you insist, like when interacting with us, and need urgent repair, we may charge you for the service above ranging from US$5.00 to US$200.00, or RM20.00 to RM800.00 (for any service listed above not more than one of any service). Pricing and duration will depend on how hard the work is, how long will it take, what apps and equipment is needed, time to process, what additional scans and checkup is needed and more.
